Shipping & returns

Every candle is made to order, so please allow within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) for us to pour and cure your order before it ships. We currently ship within the UK only, via Royal Mail.

• Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.95
• Next day delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £4.65
• Free standard delivery on orders over £50

Both options are Royal Mail's own delivery aims once your order has been dispatched — Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days, and Tracked 24 aims to deliver by the next working day. Either is a target, not a guarantee. As delivery timing is outside our control once a parcel is with Royal Mail, we're unable to offer a refund on postage if it arrives later than aimed for, on either service.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order is on its way, with tracking details where available.

We want you to be happy with what you've ordered. If something isn't right, get in touch at hello@tempusandjubilo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Because every candle is hand-poured to order, we're only able to accept returns of unused, unlit candles in their original condition. Once a candle has been lit, we can't accept it back for hygiene and safety reasons — this doesn't affect your right to a replacement if the item arrived faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
