This website is operated by Tempus & Jubilo. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

We make every effort to describe and photograph our candles accurately, but as each one is hand-poured, small variations in colour, texture, or exact scent strength between batches are normal and not considered faults.

Products marked "Coming soon" are not yet available for purchase and are shown for preview only.

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment is taken online at checkout, securely through our payment processor — we never see or store your card details ourselves. Nothing is charged until your payment is completed. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors, and will contact you before proceeding if this affects an order you've already placed.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this site.

Our candles are intended for their stated purpose only. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials, and trim the wick before each use. Candles styled to resemble food or sweets are decorative only and are not intended to be eaten.

All content on this site — including text, photography, and the Tempus & Jubilo name and logo — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

We aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products, beyond what's required by UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
